Hayat Resort is planned as a contemporary coastal community with modern low-rise buildings, large terraces, glass facades and natural-stone finishes. The architecture is designed to make use of natural light, ventilation and Red Sea views while preserving a feeling of space between buildings.

Hayat Resort is scheduled for delivery in 2028 and now offers three installment structures plus a cash option. Buyers can select the structure that best matches the amount they want to place upfront and the length of the payment period.

Hayat is located in Al Ahyaa on Hurghada's northern coastal strip, positioned between El Gouna and central Hurghada. The setting supports the project's beachfront and resort-led identity while keeping it connected to two important Red Sea destinations.

For buyers whose priority is direct coastal access, a lower-density environment and managed facilities, the location and master plan work together rather than functioning as separate selling points.
